Nexus for Development (“NEXUS”) is a regional non-profit company, limited by guarantee incorporated in Singapore under the ACCRA, number 200915559E.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the services, information and content (collectively, the “Services”) provided by NEXUS, including (a) the Website, (b) NEXUS Membership, (c) NEXUS Leveraging Innovative Finance Together (LIFT) and other networking events and educational forums, (d) NEXUS recruiting platform, “Join Us”, and (e) all content and tools offered at the Website. In these Terms, “you”, “your”, the “User”, or “Users” refers to any person using the Services.

Please read this Terms of Service carefully, as it contains important information regarding your legal rights and remedies. The use of the Website by you is also subject to any additional terms and conditions of third party content and/or service providers as stipulated on applicable pages of the Website or through links in this Terms of Service. Users have access to certain services, such as general information, membership brochure, seminars and events by LIFT and job posting at “Join Us”.

When you use the “Join Us” and “Contact Us” form, your contact details may include your name, company or organization’s name, e-mail address and contact number.

If you respond to a job posting on the Website, NEXUS reserves the right to enter your application details into our database of job applicants, and NEXUS may contact you regarding potential employment opportunities.

Without limitation of the other prohibitions in these Terms of Service, you are prohibited from:

a. Using the email address from the “Contact Form” for any purpose other than to getting information regarding the relevant matters, such as general information, access to finance, technical consultancy, corporate services, membership, LIFT event, and job posting.

b. E-mailing or transmitting any content that is discriminatory, sexually explicit, obscene, libelous, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, or hateful;

c. E-mailing or transmitting any content protected by copyright or any other intellectual property right (as well as rights of publicity and privacy) without first obtaining the permission of the owner of such rights;

d. E-mailing or transmitting any advertising or promotional materials, including without limitation, “junk mail”, “surveys”, “spam”, “chain letters”, “pyramid schemes”, or any other form of solicitation or unauthorized communication.
